## Title: Lubes Sales Officer - West Region
Position Overview
This position offers a great opportunity for career growth in lubricants sales management within the West region.
Academic & Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Additional certification in Marketing or Lubes technology (NLGI, STLE, or OEM Training) preferred
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Lubricants, Petroleum products, or FMCG Industrial Sales (preferably with a leading Lubricants company or multinational)
Relevant Industry Experience
- Demonstrated experience in territory management with measurable volumes or margin achievements
- Proven experience in prospecting, converting, and managing distributors and B2B clients
- Familiarity with competitive lubricant brands and market dynamics in the region
- Experience conducting field activations and customer engagement programs
