Academic & Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Additional certification in Marketing or Lubes technology (NLGI, STLE, or OEM Training) preferred
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Lubricants, Petroleum products, or FMCG Industrial Sales (preferably with a leading Lubricants company or multinational)

Relevant Industry Experience

• Demonstrated experience in territory management with measurable volumes or margin achievements
• Proven experience in prospecting, converting, and managing distributors and B2B clients
• Familiarity with competitive lubricant brands and market dynamics in the region
• Experience conducting field activations and customer engagement programs
