## Title: Office & Social Media Assistant

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organized Office & Social Media Assistant to support our daily administrative operations while assisting with basic social media management and occasional logistics tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where responsibilities may vary day to day.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Assist with day-to-day office operations and general administrative tasks

Social Media & Digital Support

  • Assist in maintaining company social media pages with other team members
  • Help create and schedule basic content
  • Monitor social media engagement and respond to messages or comments when necessary

Logistics & Operational Support

  • Handle occasional product pick-ups and deliveries from the warehouse or partners
  • Assist with packaging, sorting, and organizing products when needed
  • Provide on-ground support during company events, pop-ups, and activations

Preferred Skills

  • Basic graphic design or content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
