## Title: Office & Social Media Assistant
Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized Office & Social Media Assistant to support our daily administrative operations while assisting with basic social media management and occasional logistics tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where responsibilities may vary day to day.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Assist with day-to-day office operations and general administrative tasks
Social Media & Digital Support
- Assist in maintaining company social media pages with other team members
- Help create and schedule basic content
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to messages or comments when necessary
Logistics & Operational Support
- Handle occasional product pick-ups and deliveries from the warehouse or partners
- Assist with packaging, sorting, and organizing products when needed
- Provide on-ground support during company events, pop-ups, and activations
Preferred Skills
- Basic graphic design or content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
