## Title: Office Manager & Sales Executive

Position Overview

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. You will manage a new branch office location while overseeing both office and field operations, with responsibilities spanning customer relations, sales support, and team management.

Minimum Qualifications

  • National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND), or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Engineering, Physics, or relevant field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Office Management, Sales, or Business Development

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage new branch office location operations
  • Oversee and manage office staff, engineers, cleaners, and drivers
  • Manage outside sales staff for solar systems, inverters, batteries, solar streetlights, and related products
  • Generate quotations and proposals for customers
  • Respond to and address customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with organizational policies
  • Generate sales and management reports
  • Participate in weekly and monthly sales development and technical training sessions at PSC Solar Industries offices in Lagos
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Managing Director
