Office Assistant / Content Creator at Kowatek Solar Limited

Job Summary

Kowatek Solar Limited seeks a dynamic Office Assistant with strong content creation skills to support our team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day administrative duties while creating engaging video ads, graphics, and social media content to promote our solar products and services. This role requires excellent knowledge of managing social media platforms and a passion for renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and produce high-quality video ads, graphic designs, infographics, and other visual content using tools such as Canva, Graphics App, or AI-powered platforms to create captivating posts aligned with brand voice
• Manage and grow presence on social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others; schedule posts, engage with followers, respond to comments, and analyze performance metrics to optimize reach
• Assist with office tasks including data entry, scheduling meetings, managing emails, preparing reports, and coordinating with team members
• Collaborate on marketing strategies and ad campaigns focused on solar energy awareness and customer acquisition
• Monitor social media trends in the renewable energy sector, track engagement metrics (likes, shares, views), and provide insights to improve content performance
• Support event planning, customer inquiries, and general office operations as needed

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in content creation, graphic design, or video editing (portfolio required)
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in design software or AI-powered design tools
• Understanding of digital marketing principles
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the renewable energy or IT sector
