Job Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming and outgoing mail
  • Dispatch official mail
  • Type medical bills from hospitals
  • Maintain an organized filing system

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven experience as an Office Assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, such as printers and photocopiers
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
