## Title: Office Assistant
Job Brief
We are urgently recruiting for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative and operational activities, ensuring smooth office operations and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office team
- Assist with filing, record-keeping, and document management
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and deliveries
- Ensure a clean, organized, and conducive office environment
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper functionality
- Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing meeting rooms
- Receive and attend to visitors professionally
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Support internal and external communications as required
- Assist with errands, courier services, and basic logistics tasks
- Support staff with photocopying, printing, scanning, and binding of documents
- Assist in preparing basic reports and maintaining accurate records
- Follow company policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines
- Carry out other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications & Requirements
- SSCE/OND in any discipline with 1 year of experience
- Previous experience in an office support or administrative role is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
