## Title: Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office environment
  • Assist with filing, documentation, and record-keeping
  • Handle basic clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and printing
  • Support staff with administrative and office-related tasks
  • Run office errands when required
  • Receive and distribute office correspondence and supplies
  • Monitor and replenish office stationery and consumables
  • Ensure proper arrangement of meeting rooms and office areas
  • Assist with minor office logistics and coordination

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of OND, BSc, or HND qualification
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Neat, organized, and punctual
  • Basic knowledge of office procedures
