Position Overview: - The Office Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. - The role involves handling paperwork, assisting staff, managing records, and maintaining an organized and professional office environment. Key Responsibilities: - Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and visitors - Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents - Prepare letters, reports, and other office correspondence - Assist with data entry and updating office databases - Schedule meetings and manage calendars - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries - Order and manage office supplies - Support staff with administrative tasks as needed - Keep the office clean, organized, and well-arranged - Perform photocopying, scanning, and filing duties. Required Qualifications: and Requirements - Minimum of / OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree - Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is an advantage - Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email) - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision - Good organizational and time-management skills - Should be ready to resume immediately.
