- We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Ikeja.
- The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, ensure smooth day‑to‑day office operations, and assist management and staff with routine tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, typing, and record keeping.
- Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and office communications.
- Support staff with daily administrative needs and errands.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Email).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
