Nursing Assistant

An established company is recruiting for the following position. Position Overview: - The Nursing Assistant supports healthcare professionals by providing direct patient care, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring a clean and safe environment. - This role helps maintain patient comfort, dignity, and well-being while following established healthcare protocols. Key Responsibilities: - Assist patients with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. - Help patients with mobility needs such as walking, transferring, repositioning, and using mobility aids. - Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure). - Support patients with meals by serving food, feeding those unable to feed themselves, and monitoring dietary intake. - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment (bed making, cleaning equipment, changing linens). Required Qualifications: and Skills - SSCE / OND or equivalent (Certificate in Nursing Assistant or related field is an advantage). - Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving role preferred. - Knowledge of basic nursing care and hygiene practices. - Compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude. - Good communication and interpersonal skills.
