Nursing Aide at Alfred & Victoria Associates

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Nursing Aide to join our healthcare team and support our clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist nurses and doctors in providing patient care
• Support in preparing patients for procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas
• Monitor and report patients' conditions to the nurse
• Provide support during patient discharge and follow-up processes
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the nursing or clinical team

Educational Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE (WASSCE/NECO)
• Additional certification in healthcare or nursing assistance is an advantage

Experience Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a clinical or hospital setting
• Experience in patient care support roles is an advantage

Work Schedule

Standard Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Saturday & Public Holidays: 8:45 AM to 1:00 PM (no allowance or overtime compensation)
