An established company is recruiting for the following position.
Position Overview:
- To provide high-quality antenatal and delivery care while acting as a primary relationship manager for expectant mothers, ensuring they choose CMH for delivery and refer others.
- Clinical Sales: Actively "sell" the hospital’s delivery packages during antenatal visits. Convince patients of the safety and spiritual benefits of delivering at CMH.
- Referral Program: Each Midwife is expected to generate 5 new antenatal registrations, attract 1 child birth/ delivery/surgery per month through personal evangelism, church visitation, or community/influence group networking.
- Patient Retention: Maintain a "Mom-to-Be" contact list. Call registered patients weekly to check up on them (Customer Service) and ensure they do not defect to competitors.
- Cross-Selling: Encourage antenatal patients to use the hospital’s lab and scan services rather than going elsewhere.
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Midwife at Christian Miracle Hospital in Enugu North.
- The midwife will be responsible for providing compassionate care to patients, administering medications, monitoring patient health, assisting in medical procedures, and maintaining accurate medical records.
- The role will require working closely with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- The Midwife will play a critical role in supporting labour through antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal periods, ensuring excellent maternal and neonatal outcomes.
- The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in “catching babies”, managing labor confidently, and creating a safe, respectful, and faith-friendly birth environment.

- Current Rm/RN license in Enugu State
- Experience: 3+ years in a busy maternity hospital.
- Patient care, Medication Administration, and Health Monitoring skills
- Experience in assisting in medical procedures and surgeries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate medical records
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Previous experience in obstetrics and gynecology is a plus
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Additional certifications in Maternal and Newborn Health, Neonatal Resuscitation, or Emergency Obstetric Care are highly desirable.
