We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Key Responsibilities - Provide first aid, emergency care, and treatment for work-related injuries or illnesses. - Conduct routine health assessments, screenings, and vaccination programs for employees. - Monitor and document patient conditions, including responses to treatment and medication. - Maintain and safeguard confidential employee health records. - Collaborate with the safety team to identify workplace hazards, perform risk assessments, and recommend preventive measures. - Ensure a clean, safe, and well-stocked medical environment. - Manage inventory and order medical supplies as needed. Qualifications - Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. - Minimum of 2 years’ nursing experience. - Current CPR and First Aid certification. - Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess and treat minor injuries and illnesses. - Proficiency in maintaining accurate health records and familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems. - Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards (an added advantage). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
