Job Responsibilities - Provide nursing care and monitor patients’ conditions - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed - Assist doctors during examinations and procedures - Maintain accurate patient records and nursing notes - Ensure cleanliness, safety, and infection control standards - Educate patients and families on basic health practices - Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies - Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and their families Requirements: - Valid Nursing qualification (RN/RM) - Current practicing license - Proven experience in a hospital or clinical setting - Good knowledge of nursing procedures and patient care - Strong patient care communication and interpersonal skills - Compassionate, respectful, and professional attitude - Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
