Night Auditor

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. - We are looking for a detail-oriented and service-driven Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless hotel operations during the night, delivering excellent guest experiences, and completing accurate financial reconciliation in line with ACCOR brand standards. Key Responsibilities: - Welcome and attend to guests professionally during night hours - Manage guest check-ins and check-outs in line with procedures - Promote and upsell hotel services to maximise revenue - Perform end-of-day revenue closure and night audit activities - Process guest billing, payments, and cash handling accurately - Prepare daily financial and operational reports for management - Ensure guest safety, hotel security, and calm operations overnight - Act as the hotel’s responsible representative during night shifts Requirements: - Minimum of OND in Accounting and Finance, Management, or a related field - Previous Front Office or Night Audit experience is an advantage - Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and make sound decisions - Good spoken English (additional languages are an advantage) - Willingness and ability to work night shifts exclusively
