## Title: News & Content Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a visionary, collaborative, and digitally fluent News and Multiplatform Content Lead to spearhead our news operations across broadcast, streaming, digital, and social platforms. This forward-thinking leader will drive an audience-centric strategy rooted in platform-agnostic distribution, omni-channel engagement, and next-generation storytelling—delivering impactful, always-on content that reaches consumers anytime, anywhere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the vision for a fully integrated, 24/7 multi-platform newsroom with a strong digital-first mindset
  • Develop and implement strategies that grow audience across linear, OTT/CTV, web, app, and social platforms
  • Accelerate digital transformation with data-driven decisions that elevate reach, engagement, and loyalty
  • Oversee the creation and curation of always-on digital content for website, mobile apps, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging platforms
  • Supervise streaming operations for live newscasts, breaking news, original content, special events, and live sports
  • Champion the adoption of cutting-edge tools, analytics, and workflows to fuel digital acceleration
  • Drive next-generation storytelling tailored to platform behaviors and optimized for user experience
  • Set and uphold standards for editorial quality, visual presentation, and brand consistency
  • Foster a newsroom culture of digital fluency, agility, innovation, and accountability
  • Collaborate with Creative Services to develop and execute integrated cross-platform campaigns, including news integration and sponsorships
  • Build, lead, and mentor on-air talent and high-performing content teams, including digital producers, editors, and creators
  • Work with station leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and capital investment
  • Manage newsroom, creative, and agency operations in a collaborative and respectful environment
