Key Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot server infrastructure, including server deployment and VM architecture
• Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery plans
• Manage network budgets and financial planning
• Develop strategic plans and IT operations strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives
• Manage relationships with network vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with service level agreements
• Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems
• Oversee cloud and collaboration service management

Requirements

• First degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or related discipline
• Minimum of 7 years post-NSYC hands-on experience in a structured FMCG company
• Professional certification in CCNP, ITIL, PMP, or CGEIT (advantageous)
