Network Engineer/ IT Support

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Position Overview: We are looking for a talented Support Engineer to Support our clients IT infrastructure including  design, implement, and maintain their IT network. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking and IT support, with at least 3 years of experience. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure (LAN, WAN) - Troubleshoot and provide support - Configure and maintain network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) - Ensure network security and compliance - Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues - Conduct network performance monitoring and optimization Requirements: - BSc, B.Tech, or HND in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related field  - At least 3 years of experience in networking and IT support - Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS) configuration - Familiarity with network management tools - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Effective communication and teamwork skills
