## Title: National Sales Manager – HoReCa Channel
Position Overview
We are seeking an accomplished National Sales Manager – HoReCa Channel to lead and scale the company's hotel, restaurant, and catering business across Nigeria. The role will be responsible for driving national sales strategy, strengthening key accounts, expanding distribution, and building high-performing regional teams to accelerate growth in the HoReCa segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the national sales strategy for the HoReCa channel in line with overall business objectives
- Drive revenue growth, market penetration, and profitability across hotels, restaurants, cafés, QSRs, and catering accounts
- Lead, mentor, and manage regional and zonal sales teams, ensuring performance excellence and capability building
- Establish and strengthen relationships with key national accounts, chains, and institutional clients
- Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure effective go-to-market execution
- Monitor sales performance, budgets, forecasts, and KPIs; take corrective actions where required
- Identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive movements within the HoReCa space
- Negotiate and close high-value commercial agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies
- Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and key customer forums
Key Requirements
- 12–15 years of total sales experience, with significant exposure to the HoReCa / Institutional sales channel
- Proven track record in national or multi-region sales leadership roles
- Strong understanding of HoReCa buying behavior, distribution models, and key account management
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and scale large sales teams
- Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across regions
- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
