## Title: MRO Officer
Role Overview
Coordinate maintenance, repair, and operations activities to maximize equipment availability and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and track preventive and corrective maintenance via CMMS
- Maintain spare parts inventory; set reorder points and min/max levels
- Process work orders and liaise with external service providers
- Monitor equipment uptime and MTBF; analyze failure data for improvements
Performance Targets (SMART KPIs)
- Equipment Uptime: ≥98% overall equipment uptime
- MTTR (Mean Time to Repair): Reduce MTTR by 15% within 12 months
- Preventive Maintenance Compliance: 100% scheduled PMs completed on time
- Spare Parts Availability: ≥95% first-time availability for critical spares
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 5 years' MRO experience in manufacturing or heavy industry
Skills & Competencies
- CMMS/SAP PM module proficiency
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
