About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Montessori Director to join our school. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Montessori principles and practices, with the ability to guide children in the 3–6 years age range through a nurturing, child-centered learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Montessori classroom environment
• Guide children aged 3–6 years through child-centered learning experiences
• Implement Montessori principles and best practices in daily instruction

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in Montessori Education (DMT) for ages 3–6 years
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience
• Strong understanding of Montessori principles and methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) Certificate
• Residence in Surulere and environs
