Monitoring Officer at PRIMERO Transport Services Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily reports of activities on BRT corridors
• Monitor drivers for indecent dressing, inappropriate behavior, reckless driving, alcohol consumption, unauthorized docking, and fare violations
• Ensure drivers prevent commuters from standing or sitting in restricted yellow zones at front and back doors
• Document staff presence at corridors during resumption, changeover, and closing times with proper identification verification
• Conduct periodic breathalyzer checks on staff at corridors
• Monitor and prevent fraudulent activities and connivance at the corridor
• Monitor and prevent free ridership and overriding
• Report accidents to line manager
• Maintain daily records of scheduled buses, operational buses, and buses requiring maintenance
• Monitor and prevent public impersonation at shelters
• Assist corridor staff with duties as needed
• Enforce disciplinary actions on defaulters
• Provide discreet updates on corridor activities to the Ticketing & Monitoring Superintendent

Key Requirements

• Male candidate (gender balance requirement)
• Bachelor's Degree or HND
• 2–4 years' experience in a related field
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and respond swiftly to situations
• Analytical mind with sound judgment
• Highly observant and discreet
