An established company is recruiting for the following position. What You’ll Do - Architect, build, and maintain production-grade Flutter apps used by thousands daily. - Drive and implement MVVM architecture for scalable, maintainable codebases. - Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services for real-time digital experiences. - Collaborate with designers to deliver elegant, intuitive UI/UX. - Write testable, efficient, and well-documented code with performance in mind. - Lead sprint planning, standups, and technical architecture discussions. Who You Are - 3+ years of hands-on Flutter/Dart development. - Strong expertise in MVVM and state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc — Provider/Stacked preferred). - Proven portfolio of successful apps in the Play Store/App Store. - Fluent in REST APIs, JSON, and clean code principles. - Proficient with Git/GitHub and agile workflows. - Proactive, self-driven, and passionate about building world-class products. Bonus Points If You Have - Experience with Firebase and local storage (Hive, SQLite). - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and mobile release processes. - Experience mentoring or leading Flutter teams. - Previous work on FinTech, lending, or digital banking platforms.     Check how your CV aligns with this job
