Role Overview

We are looking for a talented Mobile Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will build, maintain, and enhance mobile applications for Android, iOS, or cross-platform that support our financial and banking product offerings. You'll work closely with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, product managers, and QA to deliver secure, performant, and user-friendly mobile solutions that meet both business needs and regulatory and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain mobile applications for Android and/or iOS platforms using frameworks such as Flutter, React Native, Swift, or Kotlin
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to define and implement innovative solutions
• Integrate APIs and third-party libraries to enhance app functionality and user experience
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications through rigorous testing and optimization
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely resolutions to ensure smooth app performance
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code, following best software development practices and version control (e.g., Git)
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous process and product improvement
• Stay updated on emerging mobile technologies and frameworks to recommend new tools and approaches that enhance development efficiency
• Deploy apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store, ensuring compliance with platform requirements
• Work with backend teams to ensure smooth data exchange between the app and server systems

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• 2–5 years of proven experience developing mobile applications (Flutter, React Native, Kotlin, Swift, or Java)
• Solid understanding of mobile development best practices and principles
