Role Description - This is a contract, on-site role for a Mixologist / Bartender / Barista located in Benin City. - The role involves crafting a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and specialty coffees or teas, while ensuring excellent customer service. - Day-to-day tasks include preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, restocking inventory, and adhering to safety and hygiene standards. - The professional will also take customer orders, provide recommendations, and contribute to creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for guests. Qualifications - Customer Service and Communication skills to provide exceptional guest experiences and effectively interact with patrons. - Food & Beverage knowledge with expertise in creating drinks and understanding menu items. - Experience in providing Training and mentorship to team members in beverage preparation and customer handling. - Culinary Skills for enhancing drink presentation and complementary food pairings. - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, though not required.
