Job Description - Create, mix, and serve beverages that reflect the hotel’s premium brand while ensuring an exceptional bar experience for guests. Key Responsibilities - Prepare cocktails, mocktails, and signature drinks. - Maintain cleanliness and inventory of bar area. - Interact with guests to recommend and personalize drinks. - Ensure responsible alcohol service and safety compliance. - Manage bar stock and record daily sales. Requirements - Diploma or certification in Mixology / Hospitality. - 2 – 4 years experience in an upscale bar or 5-star hotel. Other Requirements: - Strong customer service orientation. - Excellent grooming and personal presentation. - Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. - Commitment to maintaining 5-star hospitality standards.
