## Title: Mixologist

Prepare and serve all drinks, including complex cocktails, mocktails, wines, beers, and spirits, following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
Maintain quick and efficient service pace, especially during peak hours, ensuring timely delivery of drinks to guests
Accurately take and process beverage orders, enter them into the POS system, and manage bar sales
Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, recommending drinks and managing customer flow at the bar
Maintain and replenish par stock levels, ensuring all necessary spirits, mixes, garnishes, ice, and glassware are available
Ensure all bar equipment (blender, ice machine, cup tap, etc.) is clean, functioning correctly, and handled according to maintenance protocols
Report inventory shortages promptly to management
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bar environment, including work surfaces, utensils, sinks, and storage areas
Perform other duties as assigned by management

Minimum 3 years of experience as a mixologist in a luxury bar, lounge, or hospitality outlet
Highly skilled in complex cocktails and mocktails preparation
Must reside within Awoyaya, Bogije, Eleko Junction, and environs
