Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new advertising clients across key sectors (Banking, FinTech, Telecoms, FMCG, Government)
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed ambitious quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Sell a full suite of advertising products, including display ads, sponsored content, event sponsorships, and custom integrated campaigns
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and advertising agencies
- Act as a trusted consultant to clients, understanding their marketing objectives and proposing tailored solutions that deliver measurable ROI
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and secure repeat business
Strategic Sales & Proposal Development
- Conduct in-depth client needs analysis to develop compelling, data-driven advertising proposals
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and design teams to create innovative and effective campaign concepts for clients
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and pitches
Market Intelligence
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
- Provide feedback from the market to internal teams to help shape product offerings and commercial strategy
Administrative Duties
- Manage the entire sales cycle using the company's CRM system, from lead generation to booking and invoicing
- Prepare accurate sales reports and documentation
