Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Microsoft Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and maintain business applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint. The ideal candidate will be responsible for automating workflows, digitizing manual processes, and integrating solutions across Microsoft 365 services to improve operational efficiency and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
• Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate, integrating with SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 services
• Develop and manage SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and permissions to support business processes
• Create seamless integrations between Power Platform components and SharePoint for data storage, document management, and collaboration
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with organizational governance policies
• Provide support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing Power Platform and SharePoint solutions
• Document technical designs, user guides, and training materials

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Proficiency in JSON, REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and PowerShell for automation and integration
• Ability to analyze business processes and recommend automation opportunities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate or Power Platform Developer Associate certification
• Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power BI, or Power Virtual Agents
