Job Summary

Erisco Foods Limited is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Microbiologist to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product safety, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine microbiological and chemical testing of products and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Monitor quality across raw materials, in-process, and finished goods
• Maintain accurate and complete test records and documentation
• Perform regular equipment calibration and maintenance checks
• Assist in internal audits and regulatory inspections
• Support corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes
• Work closely with production teams on quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Microbiology, Food Microbiology, or Food Science and Technology
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a relevant Quality Control role
• Good knowledge of Food Safety Standards
