The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting microbiological analyses to support product quality, regulatory compliance, and process improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in a microbiology laboratory within a manufacturing, food, pharmaceutical, or FMCG environment. - Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, HACCP, and general quality systems. - Proficiency in aseptic techniques, microbial enumeration, pathogen testing, and method development. - Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. - High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
