Microbiologist

Position Overview: - Erisco foods limited isseeking a proactive and detail oriented Microbiologist to join our team. - The ideal candidate will be responsible be for ensuring product safety, quality and compliance with regulatory standard. Key Responsibilities: - To conduct routine microbiological and chemical testing of products and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. - Monitor quality across raw materials, in-process and finished goods. - Maintain accurate and complete test records and documentation. - Perform regular equipment calibration and maintenance checks. - Assist in internal audits and regulatory inspections. - Support corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes. - Work closely with production for quality improvement initiatives. Requirements: - Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Microbiology, Food microbiology, Food Science and Technology. - Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a relevant QC role. - Good knowledge of Food Safety Standards.
