An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Good Neighbours Microfinance Bank as a Micro Loan Officer in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential customers for the bank's products
• Conduct market research to understand the credit needs of customers
• Perform direct promotion in markets
• Educate customers on loan terms, repayment plans, and financial literacy
• Collect and verify loan applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Track repayment schedules, ensure timely collections, and monitor loan performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance trust and loyalty

Required Qualifications

• HND or BSc qualification in any discipline
• 2–3 years of experience in micro lending; experience in a microfinance bank is compulsory
• Established customer base
