Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and onboard potential clients for microcredit loans
• Conduct credit appraisals and risk assessments of clients' businesses and repayment capacity
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all loan applications, approvals, and disbursements
• Monitor loan utilization and follow up on repayments to ensure portfolio quality
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with the credit and recovery teams to manage delinquent accounts
• Prepare periodic reports on loan performance, client feedback, and portfolio trends
• Promote the bank's financial products and services to existing and potential clients

Required Qualifications

• Minimum OND/HND/B.Sc. in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in microcredit, loan processing, or related roles (preferably in a Microfinance Bank or financial institution)
• Strong understanding of micro-lending principles, credit analysis, and risk management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of local markets and communities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under minimal supervision
