## Title: Methods Engineer – Contract & Procurement Tools & Support

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Methods Engineer to support our Contract & Procurement (C&P) operations. The ideal candidate will be a Power BI Expert with exceptional proficiency in developing bespoke queries and interactive visual dashboards using data from multiple C&P business applications including UNISUP (SAP), MS Excel, ARIBA eSourcing, Agora, NIPEX, and various MS Office applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain bespoke Power BI queries and interactive visual dashboards utilizing data from multiple C&P business applications
  • Support the functional hotline and resolve various problems and issues related to C&P tools appropriation
  • Create and maintain an updated contact list of members in User Departments
  • Suggest and propose regular revisions of user manuals, procedures, and work instructions for SC Tools
  • Coordinate and ensure regular training and support for external suppliers on the eSourcing tool and NIPEX platforms
  • Suggest and propose the delivery of Requests for Assistance (e.g., MTKs) for incidents or challenges requiring CC SAP or other external assistance
  • Test and validate new solutions and upgrades of Supply Chain (SC) tools under the custody of the Performance & Tools Manager
  • Participate in specific actions (e.g., data cleaning) related to SC tools that may impact SC processes

Mandatory Competencies

  • Power BI Expert level with very high proficiency and demonstrated autonomy
  • Data audit expertise
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software Package
  • Advanced proficiency in BI Reporting (Power BI)
