Merchandizer - FMCG Products at Pally Agro Products Limited

About the Role

Pally Agro Products Limited is seeking a qualified Merchandizer to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal product display, stock management, and merchandising standards across assigned retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure proper display, arrangement, and replenishment of products at assigned outlets
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with sales teams to prevent stock-outs or overstocking
• Implement merchandising standards and promotional displays as instructed by the company
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and retail staff
• Track product movement and report market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
• Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) product rotation to maintain product freshness
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of display areas

Required Qualifications

• Minimum SSCE/OND qualification; higher qualifications are advantageous
• 2 - 5 years of professional experience
• Previous experience as a merchandizer in an FMCG company is highly desirable

Compensation & Benefits

N100,000 - N120,000 per month, plus attractive performance-based incentives.
