About the Role

BoodCheck is seeking a dynamic and proactive Medical Tourism Coordinator to manage patient inquiries and build strong referral networks with Nigerian doctors and clinics. The ideal candidate is organized, confident, and able to handle multiple responsibilities professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle patient inquiries and provide guidance on medical services and treatment options
• Collect, organize, and manage patient medical reports and documentation
• Track cases and follow up with patients to ensure smooth progress
• Build relationships with hospitals, clinics, and doctors; present partnership benefits and formalize referral agreements
• Maintain accurate records of doctor referrals and patient cases
• Support outreach and marketing efforts via WhatsApp, social media, and community engagements
• Assist with travel guidance, basic documentation, and logistics for patients

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Experience in healthcare, administration, or customer service roles (advantageous)
• Professional and reliable with ability to work independently
• Proficiency with WhatsApp, email, and basic office tools
• Confidence in meeting doctors and representing the company professionally

Compensation

• Salary: ₦100,000–₦120,000
• Performance-based incentives for successful patient cases
• Monthly bonuses
