Medical Physics Intern at NSIA-LUTH Cancer Center (NLCC)

About the Role

NSIA-LUTH Cancer Center (NLCC) is recruiting Medical Physics Interns to work on-site at our Lagos State cancer treatment facility. In this role, you will collaborate with the Medical Physics team and participate in various activities relating to radiation treatment, radiological protection, imaging, and healthcare technology management.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the Medical Physics team on radiation treatment planning and delivery
• Support radiological protection and safety protocols
• Assist with imaging technology operations
• Contribute to healthcare technology management initiatives
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Medical Physics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with minimal supervision
• Current residence in Lagos State

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of radiation safety and radiotherapy
• Experience with imaging technology
