Medical Officer (Oncology)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Officer (Oncology) with a strong focus on quality assurance, clinical protocol development, and multidisciplinary collaboration. You will support oncology services to ensure optimal patient outcomes through evidence-based care, clinical audits, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Contour target volumes and organs for radiotherapy treatment
• Ensure accurate CT simulations for treatment planning
• Conduct follow-up consultations for radiotherapy patients
• Assist Clinical Oncologists in patient treatment and procedures
• Review diagnostic reports and support clinical management plans
• Counsel patients on treatment plans, side effects, lifestyle, and diet
• Participate in tumor boards, clinical audits, and multidisciplinary meetings
• Support quality improvement initiatives and infection control standards
• Contribute to protocol development, training, research, and educational activities
• Collaborate with operations and other teams to enhance patient experience

Qualifications & Experience

• MD or DO from a recognized medical institution
• 3–5 years of experience in oncology
• Strong understanding of oncology protocols and quality standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
