## Title: Medical Manager
About the Role
A dynamic team is expanding and seeking an experienced Medical Manager to provide clinical leadership and strategic oversight of healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight of healthcare operations
- Develop, implement, and monitor clinical protocols, policies, and quality assurance programs
- Coordinate provider network development and manage relationships with healthcare facilities
- Review and approve treatment protocols, referrals, and medical claims
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in healthcare delivery
- Support staff training and continuous professional development initiatives
- Provide strategic input to management on improving service delivery and client satisfaction
Qualifications & Requirements
- MBBS degree from a recognized institution
- Additional qualifications in Public Health, Health Management, or related fields are an advantage
- Minimum of 5 years post-NYSC experience, with at least 3 years in a healthcare management or HMO role
- Current practicing license with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN)
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
