Qualifications - Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) Certificate from a recognized institution. - Valid MLT license from the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN). - Completion of internship where applicable. Requirements - 1–2 years relevant experience in a medical laboratory (fresh graduates may be considered). - Ability to handle routine laboratory tests and sample preparation. - Knowledge of laboratory safety rules, equipment handling, and quality control basics. - Ability to maintain accurate records and assist laboratory scientists in test procedures. - Good manual dexterity and attention to detail. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
