Medical Laboratory Scientist (Haematology)

An established company is recruiting for the following position. Position Overview: - The Medical Laboratory Scientist (Haematologist) will carry out routine and specialized haematology tests to support accurate diagnosis and quality patient care, in line with laboratory standards. Key Responsibilities: - Perform routine and specialized haematology tests - Analyze and interpret test results accurately - Operate and maintain laboratory equipment - Collect and process blood samples - Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards - Maintain accurate laboratory records - Work closely with clinical teams. Requirements: - BSc/BMLS with specialization in Haematology - Valid MLSCN practicing license - Minimum of 2 years relevant experience - Strong analytical and communication skills - Attention to detail and commitment to quality care.
