About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates to join our team as a Medical Laboratory Scientist.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS)
• Current practicing license from the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN)
• Completion of NYSC program
• Additional certifications in relevant laboratory specialties (advantageous)

Requirements

• 1–3 years post-NYSC experience in a medical laboratory or diagnostic center
• Proficiency in Haematology, Microbiology, Clinical Chemistry, Serology, and/or Histopathology
• Strong knowledge of laboratory instruments, calibration, and maintenance
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance and control
• Good documentation, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced diagnostic environment
