A top employer is now accepting applications for this role. Position Overview: - We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of post-NYSC experience, strong diagnostic skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality laboratory services. Key Responsibilities: - Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests on patient samples. - Analyze and interpret test results accurately and promptly. - Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments. - Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality control standards. - Document and report findings to physicians and other healthcare professionals. - Participate in internal and external quality assurance programs. - Maintain accurate records and inventory of laboratory supplies. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS). - Valid practicing license from the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN). - Minimum of 2years post-NYSC experience in a clinical laboratory. - Proficiency in laboratory information systems and basic computer applications. - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
