Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science with MLSCN license - Minimum of 7–10 years experience as a Medical Laboratory Scientist - Strong background in healthcare/hospital laboratory operations - Proven leadership and team management skills - Relevant certifications or a Master’s degree is an added advantage - Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills - Candidates living within or close to Lagos Island will be given preference.
