## Title: Medical Administrative Assistant (Hybrid)

About the Role

Placid Health Limited is seeking a dedicated Medical Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. This hybrid position requires three days per week in-office and two days working remotely, making it ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about supporting healthcare operations.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid: 3 days in-office per week, 2 days remote

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage patient records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and referrals
  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients, physicians, and external partners
  • Handle correspondence including emails, phone calls, and official documentation
  • Assist in billing, insurance claims, and payment processing
  • Support physicians and clinical staff with administrative tasks
  • Prepare reports, meeting notes, and maintain office supplies
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations both in-office and remotely

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in a medical or healthcare administrative role (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management software
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
  • Must provide three professional and valid references
