The role involves ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and safety of mechanical systems in industrial environments. Key Responsibilities: Installation & Assembly: - Fit, align, and assemble compressors, pumps, valves, and piping systems. - Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical manuals. ️Maintenance & Repair: - Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting. - Dismantle, repair, and reassemble mechanical components. - Replace worn-out parts, bearings, seals, and gaskets. Testing & Quality Assurance: - Perform operational tests to verify equipment performance. - Ensure compliance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications. Required Qualifications: & Skills - Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related field. - Proven experience (3–7 years) as a Mechanical Fitter in industrial settings. - Strong knowledge of compressors, pumps, and rotating equipment. - Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documents. - Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments. - Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Commitment to safety and quality standards.
