MEAL Assistant

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Responsibilties Monitoring & Data Collection: - Support routine data collection for project indicators using approved tools and digital platforms. - Conduct field monitoring visits to track activity implementation and service quality. - Support baseline, endline, PDM, and other assessments as required. Accountability & Feedback Mechanisms: - Support implementation and monitoring of community feedback and complaint mechanisms. - Assist in documenting, tracking, and following up on community feedback and complaints in coordination with the AAP Officer. Data Management & Reporting: - Assist in data cleaning, verification, and entry to ensure accuracy and completeness. - Support preparation of MEAL inputs for reports, dashboards, and internal updates. Learning & Capacity Building: - Support documentation of lessons learned, success stories, and good practices. - Assist in training field staff and community focal points on data collection and accountability tools. Safeguarding & Ethics: - Ensure ethical data collection, confidentiality, and safeguarding standards, particularly when working with vulnerable populations. Requirements: - Interested candidates should possess a Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 2 - 5 years experience.
