Materials Lead III at Nautilus Nigeria Engineering and Construction Limited

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Materials Lead III to join our dynamic team at Nautilus Nigeria Engineering and Construction Limited. In this role, you will manage and expedite the flow of materials, equipment, parts, and assemblies between internal and external departments and sites, ensuring alignment with delivery schedules and project priorities while maintaining comprehensive computerized records.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure compilation and maintenance of manual or computerized records, including material inventory, delivery, shipping and storage reports, and material status and location documentation
• Monitor and oversee the transport of materials between departments
• Manage and arrange repair and/or assembly of company-provided materials, equipment, and parts
• Support delivery objectives through additional activities as directed by the Project Manager and Site Manager
• Execute all Level 1 and Level 2 tasks and responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Work experience in the Oil and Gas industry
• Experience in materials management
• General knowledge of industry equipment and materials with ability to positively identify components
• Extensive knowledge of SAP material catalogs and search tools
• Extensive knowledge of how and where materials are used in the plant
• Knowledge of quality control systems and procedures

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access or equivalent programs
• Advanced time management skills
