## Title: Marketing and Customer Service Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Marketing and Customer Service Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing samples, providing excellent customer service, creating content for social media, and supporting the sales team. If you're a creative and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Sample Management
- Manage all samples received and ensure they are documented and arranged accordingly in the sample collection shelf
- Issue samples to the sales team for sales visits and presentations to customers
- Keep records of all samples taken out and update sample records
Sales Support
- Request feedback on samples submitted to customers from the Sales Executive
- Attend trade fairs and exhibitions to identify potential leads and share information with your direct report
Social Media and Online Activities
- Monitor online activities and social media of related companies for possible prospects and share information with your direct report
- Create content and manage all relevant social media platforms
Customer Service
- Attend to customers and visitors, provide necessary information, and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Take messages and handle general inquiries via phone, email, and in-person courteously
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
